VERICERT IMPARTIALITY, CONFIDENTIALITY, INDEPENDENCE, COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBILITY

VERİCERT carries out its certification and surveillance activities within the framework of ISO/IEC 17021-1 standard and FSSC Code of Ethics in an independent, impartial and free from commercial, financial, political, psychological, administrative or other factors that may damage its objectivity. VERİCERT has identified all the elements that threaten and/or may threaten the impartiality of each personnel, committees and senior officials carrying out these activities, conducted a conflict of interest analysis and took all necessary measures. Conflict of interest analysis is periodically reviewed by the Committee to Ensure Impartiality.

Certification services provided by VERİCERT are open to all organizations that request it. All applicant and certified organizations are provided with equal and impartial service under all circumstances. No unnecessary financial burden or other conditions are imposed on all parties involved. The rules and documents that must be followed are valid for all organizations. There is no hidden discrimination such as speeding up or slowing down the service. It does not recommend or market its activities carried out on behalf of the certification body it represents to customer companies in a way that will cause a conflict of interest and threaten its impartiality and be contrary to the accreditation rules to which it is bound.

VERICERT and its employees do not offer or provide management system consultancy. Vericert does not and will not certify the Quality management system of any certification body.

It does not propose and market its activities in connection with the activities of an organization engaged in management system consulting. If VERICERT personnel, including those involved in management, have provided management system consultancy for the same management system in the last two years, they are not involved in the audit or certification process of the organization in question.

VERICERT does not certify when there is an unacceptable threat to impartiality. It does not certify a management system that has been internally audited within two years following the internal audit.

VERICERT Top Management does not have any positive or negative impact on the certification decision-making process Certification decisions are made by different people from those involved in the audit.

Certification personnel, audit officers, committees and experts within VERICERT carry out their activities objectively without compromising the principles of impartiality and confidentiality. They declare this with the contracts they sign.

VERİCERT keeps confidential all information and documents related to the certified organization, except for those made public. This information can only be shared with the accrediting institution when requested by this institution. When it is necessary to provide information to the third party due to legal reasons, the relevant institution is definitely informed.

We declare and undertake that we will implement all these without compromising with our management system, financial management, policy, working principles.
